Kristen Mitchell is a board certified Nurse Practitioner with 10 years experience as an ER and ICU nurse working primarily in the burn intensive care unit, pediatric intensive care and trauma. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from University of Phoenix in Phoenix, Arizona. Kristen prides herself with striving for ultimate patient satisfaction, quality care to patients, improved quality of life through better disease management, and the personal feeling of making a difference in someone’s life. Kristen is professional, courteous and driven. Her ultimate goal is to build a strong, trustworthy patient-provider relationship while providing top notch patient care through evidence based medicine. She is a member of The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society. In her free time, Kristen loves to travel and spend time with her husband, children, and their dog, Lily.
