Kristi Hunter, FNP-C

Kristi Hunter has been a registered nurse since 1999 and a Masters prepared family nurse practitioner (FNP) since 2008. Kristi has served over ten years in the Navy as a corpsman and commissioned officer. She has served as a faculty member for the University of Phoenix since 2007 in the undergraduate and graduate programs. She also dedicated two years time as a Faculty Council member working as a subject matter expert on curriculum development. Kristi is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Arizona Nurse Practitioner Council. Since 1999, Kristi has gained solid patient care educational experiences by working in a variety of hospital and outpatient settings. She has clinical FNP experience in geriatrics, pulmonology, internal medicine and currently allergy and immunology.
